Rosselli AX Privilege Malta
A breathtaking restoration of a 17th-century baroque townhouse along historic Merchants Street, harmonizing original stone cloister archways with tailored bespoke suites.
A Noble Residence of the Knights
Built as a private residence for Pietro Rosselli, a distinguished goldsmith and benefactor of the Knights of St John, and his wife Alusietta Massa, this boutique palazzo exemplifies the quiet splendor of Maltese baroque architecture. Meticulous conservation work has resurrected the internal open-air courtyard, limestone well, and elaborate wrought-iron balconage overlooking Valletta's historic Merchants Street.
The hotel is configured with just 25 bespoke designer suites, grouped into conceptual collections ranging from the Maruzzo duplexes to the grand Don Pietro master suites featuring private sauna facilities and neoclassical frescoes.
Under Grain Michelin-Starred Dining
In the palazzo’s vaulted stone cellar sits Under Grain, awarded a Michelin Star for its tailored European cuisine inspired by high fashion and artisanal culinary craftsmanship. On the upper terrace, Grain Street provides open-air bib-gourmand dining alongside the private rooftop plunge pool overlooking church domes across the capital.
